Primark briefed us to redesign their existing grey and uninspiring back of house areas to better reflect their brand and to inspire, engage and motivate their staff. Our ambitious solution encompasses open plan office areas, a flexible café, and generous changing areas and toilets. A colourful palette and graphic elements tie the areas together and lively information points keep staff updated whilst on the move. The concept was applied to the new Leeds and Crawley stores and has since been rolled out across Europe.
