Warm, friendly design with opportunities for customer engagement
Tesco's brief was to create an ambitious new look and feel for their stores, with the aim of bringing the Tesco brand expressions to life through a more intuitive customer journey, a forward looking interior and highlighting both staff and self-assisted services. Making use of our extensive food retail experience and working in conjunction with Campbell Rigg, our design concept creates a calm, easy to navigate and joined up shopping experience, via new emotive elements such as a flowing signage device at high level. We also designed in opportunities for customer engagement, creating dedicated community support and sustainability focal points.
